Online technical assessment
Careful assessment of each player's skills and techniques, through practical tests, carried out by experienced professionals.
In-person assessment
All athletes must be physically prepared: physical, medical exams, and must be training at a school or club, or with a personal trainer.
Interview and project presentation
Interviews via video call with the ec10 team to analyze and get to know the athlete and those responsible better and present the project
